The Winters Build specializes in custom-built and preconfigured computer systems. Each system is assembled, configured, and tested prior to shipment to ensure functionality and reliability.

Because systems are built to order, minor variations in components may occur if a listed component becomes unavailable. In such cases, an equivalent or better-performing component may be substituted.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment authorization issues

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase before an order enters the build queue.

Additional taxes or shipping charges may apply depending on the customer's location.

Build and Processing Time

All systems are built to order. Standard build time is typically 5–7 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume, component availability, or selected build services.

Customers who select Priority Build Service may receive expedited assembly.

Shipping

Once a system is completed and passes final quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and shipped to the customer. Shipping timelines vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.

The Winters Build is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Warranty and Support

All systems include a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering assembly-related issues and hardware defects under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, or improper installation of additional components.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-built nature of our systems, returns may be limited. If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Limitation of Liability

The Winters Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
