Are your PCs built to order?

Yes. Every system from The Winters Build is assembled by hand using carefully selected components. Each PC is built specifically for the customer rather than pulled from prebuilt inventory.


Do the PCs come with Windows installed?

Yes. Every Winters Build system includes a genuine installation of Windows 11 Pro.

Before shipping, we install Windows, apply updates, install drivers, and configure the system so it is ready to use right out of the box.


How long does it take to build my PC?

Standard build time is typically 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Customers who select Priority Build Service can have their system assembled within 72 hours, depending on parts availability.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier used.

Typical shipping estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


What warranty is included?

All systems from The Winters Build include a 1-year assembly warranty.

This covers issues related to:

  • Build quality

  • Installation errors

  • Assembly-related hardware problems

Individual hardware components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.


Are the PCs tested before shipping?

Yes. Every system goes through a quality assurance process before it leaves our workshop.

This includes:

  • System stability testing

  • Hardware verification

  • Temperature monitoring

  • Final inspection

Optional extended testing services such as a 24-hour stress test and performance benchmark report are also available.


Can I upgrade my PC later?

Yes. All systems are built using standard components that can be upgraded in the future. Common upgrades include additional memory, larger storage drives, or graphics card upgrades.


Do you offer custom builds?

At launch, The Winters Build offers a selection of carefully designed systems to ensure quality and compatibility. Custom build options may be offered in the future.


What happens if my PC arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your system arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the best solution.

Will I receive the exact parts listed in the build?

Yes. Every system from The Winters Build is assembled using the exact components listed in the build specifications whenever possible.

In rare situations where a specific component becomes unavailable (for example due to supply shortages), an equal or higher-performing part from a trusted manufacturer may be used.

Examples may include brands such as:

  • ASUS

  • MSI

  • Gigabyte

  • Corsair

  • Kingston

If a substitution is necessary, the replacement component will match or exceed the performance and quality of the original part.
