Thank you for choosing The Winters Build. Each system is professionally assembled, configured, and tested before shipment to ensure your PC arrives ready to perform.
Build Time
All systems are built to order. Standard build time is typically 5–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. This time allows for professional assembly, system configuration, stability testing, and final quality inspection.
Customers who select Priority Build Service will have their system moved to the front of the build queue, which may reduce the overall build time.
Build times may vary depending on order volume, component availability, or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your system has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped using a major shipping carrier. Shipping delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on the destination.
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

At this time, The Winters Build ships within the United States.
Packaging and Protection
Every system is carefully packaged to protect internal components during transit. Protective materials are used to secure the graphics card and internal components to reduce the risk of movement or damage during shipping.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. The Winters Build is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
