At The Winters Build, every system is carefully assembled, configured, and tested before it ships. Each PC is built to order. We take the time necessary to ensure your system meets our quality standards.

Build Time

Standard builds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

During this time, your system will go through several preparation steps including:

  • Professional component assembly

  • BIOS configurated and updated

  • Installation of Windows 11 Pro

  • Driver installation and updates

  • System stability verification

  • Final quality assurance inspection

Once your system passes testing, it will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

Priority Build Service

Customers who select Priority Build Service will have their system moved to the front of the build queue.

Priority builds are typically completed within 72 hours once all components are available.

This option is ideal for customers who want their PC assembled and ready as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Your PC will be shipped using a reliable carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your system ships.

Packaging & Protection

Every Winters Build system is packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Each shipment includes:

  • Protective internal packaging to secure components during transit

  • Reinforced shipping box

  • Secure system placement to minimize movement

Our goal is to ensure your PC arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.
