Refund policy

At The Winters Build, every system is carefully assembled, configured, and tested before shipment to ensure it arrives ready to perform. Because our systems are custom-built, our return and refund policy is designed to address defects or issues while maintaining fairness for both the customer and the business.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the build process has started for a full refund.

Once a system has entered the assembly process, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee due to the custom nature of the build.

Returns

Due to the custom-built nature of our systems, returns are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The system arrives damaged during shipping

  • The system has a hardware defect or assembly issue

  • The incorrect product was delivered

If a return is approved, customers must contact us first to receive return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your system arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any visible damage (if applicable)

We will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine whether a repair, replacement, or return is appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Warranty Repairs

Many issues can be resolved under the 1-year limited warranty included with your system. In these cases, the system may be repaired rather than refunded.

Warranty service may involve troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair of assembly-related issues.

Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers must contact support before returning any product.
